We are headquarted in Williamsburg, just off Centerville Road. Our office isn’t opulent, but you’ll always feel welcome and be glad you stopped by. Gary M. Massie
Gary leads the team in project procurement and relationship building. A graduate of East Carolina University, he has over 40 years of construction industry experience. He has served on the James City County Planning Commission, as President of Virginia Road and Transportation Builders Association, as a board member of American Road and Transportation Builders Association and as Project Manager of the Jamestown 2007 Route 199 Expansion and Treyburn Drive Public-Private Transportation Projects.
Gary has also been active in our local community, having served on the boards of both Child Development Resources and the R.F. Wilkinson YMCA. He is currently on the TowneBank Williamsburg Board of Directors.
Linda leads the team in corporate finance and strategic planning. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and has more than 35 years of experience in construction accounting and management. Linda oversees treasury management, tax planning and budget management.
Linda has been involved in our local community for many years, previously serving on the Williamsburg Regional Library Board of Trustees; Friends of the Williamsburg Library Board of Directors; Walsingham Academy’s Parent’s Board and as a Williamsburg Hospice House volunteer.
Erin leads our team in creativity and employee relations. She is a third-generation Massie and has over 13 years of experience in office management and construction accounting. Erin graduated from Randolph Macon Women’s College with a degree in Sociology and Business. Erin oversees the daily office operations, including accounting, payroll and human resources.
Erin is also an active part of Williamsburg’s non-profit community, previously serving on the Literacy for Life Board of Directors for nine years. She is currently on the Dancing with the Williamsburg Stars Committee, Avalon Center Board of Directors and Walsingham Academy Board of Trustees.
Caitlin Massie King
Director of Business Development
Caitlin leads our team in business development, sales and customer service. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management. Caitlin is a third-generation Massie and has 7 years of experience in customer relations and sales. She oversees our material sales and customer development.
Caitlin continues to serve the Greater Williamsburg community through her involvement in various non-profits. Caitlin previously served 4 years on the R.F. Wilkinson YMCA Board of Directors and is currently on the Williamsburg Area Meals on Wheels Board of Directors.
