Caitlin Massie King
President
Caitlin leads our team in business development, project procurement, sales and customer relations. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management. Caitlin is a third-generation Massie and has 10+ years of experience.
Caitlin currently serves as Vice Chariman of the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Contractors and previously served on the R.F. Wilkinson YMCA Board of Directors and Williamsburg Area Meals on Wheels Board of Directors.
Erin Massie Hogge
Vice President/Secretary
Erin leads our team in creativity and employee relations. She is a third-generation Massie and has over 15 years of experience in office management and construction accounting. Erin graduated from Randolph Macon Woman’s College with a degree in Sociology and Business. Erin oversees the daily office operations, including accounting, payroll and human resources.
Erin is also an active part of Williamsburg’s non-profit community, previously serving on the Literacy for Life Board of Directors, Walsingham Academy Board of Trustees, and Avalon Center Board of Directors.
Linda Massie
Vice President/Treasurer
Linda leads the team in corporate finance and strategic planning. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and has more than 35 years of experience in construction accounting and management. Linda oversees treasury management, tax planning and budget management.
Linda has been involved in our local community for many years, previously serving on the Williamsburg Regional Library Board of Trustees; Friends of the Williamsburg Library Board of Directors; Walsingham Academy Parent’s Board, and as a Williamsburg Hospice House volunteer.
Gary Massie
Manager
Gary supports the team in project and equipment procurement. A graduate of East Carolina University, he has over 45 years of construction industry experience. He has served on the James City County Planning Commission, as President of Virginia Road and Transportation Builders Association, as a board member of American Road and Transportation Builders Association and as Project Manager of the Jamestown 2007 Route 199 Expansion and Treyburn Drive Public-Private Transportation Projects.
Gary has also been active in our local community, having served on the boards of both Child Development Resources and the R.F. Wilkinson YMCA. He is currently on the TowneBank Williamsburg Board of Directors.
Matthew Stauch
General Manager
Matt is responsible for the strategic advancement of JSG’s growth expectations while maintaining operational excellence. With 25+ years of construction management and business operations experience, he is responsible for providing a comprehensive and coordinated approach to developing and growing the business. We were fortunate to work with Matt at Jack L. Massie Contractor and are delighted to be working with him again.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Averett University. Matt and his family are long-time Williamsburg residents and active community members.
Jason West
General Superintendent
Jason oversees our job site personnel and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient worksite built with quality. With over fifteen years of construction experience, he is well-versed in all aspects of site development and highway construction. We were fortunate to work with Jason at Jack L. Massie Contractor and are delighted to be working with him again.
Jason was born and raised in James City County, and now resides on a farm in King & Queen with his family.
