The project consists of construction of a new, one-story stand-alone, steel framed LiDL Grocery Store in Roanoke(Hollins) , VA, including all exterior work. The documents are for a fully complete grocery store building of approximately 36,000 GSF. Proposals for the store shall be based on the Plan Set dated Dec 12/2016. Site related proposals shall be based on the specific set of Site Documents prepared for the Roanoke (Hollins), VA store location.
Please note that the specifications and drawings sent out as part of the original bid package are inclusive of Addenda 1-5. Any further Addenda to be acknowledged with this bid will start with No. 6 and will reflect the most recent update to LiDL’s prototype.
The project is scheduled for an immediate construction start.
